這個是䢟學團來嗎？那個機構舉辦？

正式美國史丹福的EPGY Summer School 小兒參加過，是向美國直接申請，要有一定程度語文能力及資優先會收，不是你所講的䢟學團。

我都聽聞有直資學校借用史丹福大學設施，辦逰學團，自己老師教，跟著被家長投訴，然後停辦了。

If your kid got distinction or above, you can use that to apply for the summer programs and the chance will be high. You can also read the website and which listed all equivalent qualification for admission. I am not very sure about the competition, we just applied with Higher Distinction of Talent Search, they accepted him immediately.
You need to know the min age is 11 or above.

I am not sure about the requirement for higher distinction, I guess a distinction in Talent Search should be good enough.
It's a special experience, if you can afford, go for it!
