For Cambridge and Oxford medicine, their website specifies the number of international students they are allowed to take by the UK Government (Cambridge 22, Oxford 6).
For other medicine schools in UK, most of them would specify the number of international students they would take. If you cannot find out the information from the website, just send an e-mail to the admission tutor and ask for the number of international students.
For other subjects (Oxford and Cambridge), they would not specify the number of international schools but you can find out the overall international students they take each year from their annual report. Usually, each of them admits around 10% overseas students.
The other colleges always claim that they set no particular limit on the number of international students (except medicine).
For LSE, their intake each year for all subjects is around 1,300 and their government funded spaces is around 750. So it admits around 450 international students each year.
