我都打過去,想報考七月, 但佢叫我自己上UK個網D/L FORM, 我找唔到,可否幫忙~

I presume you are talking about GESE application form. Have just visited their UK site again: http://www.trinitycollege.co.uk/site/?id=368 and can only find the syllabus there.

May I suggest you to send an email to the contact person who asked you to download the form to email you either the form or the link where you can download the form?
