Can we say that British Curriculum is more academic , while IB is more focus on thinking ,creativity and communication.
If these 2 systems are so different in the students profile, can a student excel well in GSCE be as good in IB DP in years later?
Can anyone share the comment for ESF students who have IB PYP, British Curriculum in the middle year and followed by IBDP throughout the primary to secondary ? Thx
I think whatever education system, the students performance depend on student and teachers qualitity. I totally agree with the ideas of IB, but I doubt how IB teachers (relatively few, new and inexperienced) in Hong Kong bring the ideas into education, practice and skills. IB will be suitable for those students who are intelligent, motivated and enjoy learning and risk taking.
