May I know if your friend was interviewed in the week of 5th November ? And was the acceptance only by letter or followed up by a phone call as well ?

Is all 2nd in finished?
It is surprised that they make offer so far.
I remember the principal said offers will be released before end of year.
Can anyone recall the same message from principal?
