Hi,
You can check those summer courses at Chinese International school. They have wide range of activities including drama, story writing, carft, knitting, cooking, calligraphy, cooking and Mandarin. Some are taught in Mandarin. Most of tutors are original CIS teachers. Oh, the tution fee is very reasonable in comparision with other IS and ESF.
Long ago my little girl joined the camp at 9-12.30pm for 2 weeks in summer. She chose 2-3 courses in the morning including knitting (in English), Chinese calligraphy, and making clay dolls (in Mandarin). Each lesson tution was not more than HK$150. I think those courses is good for kids age 5-12. The most wonderful part was they provided school bus services for campers. So she got fun and I got no headach to collect her.
Also, CIS campus is superb. quite worth to pay your money to study there. But still have drawback because generally CIS camp starts in mid June and end around mid July that may not suit the schedule of local school students.
