Yes, you are right.
But I don't understand how can they do it. By DSS ruling, the school should have more than half of the students study local curriculum, that why some schools need to go private for 100% IBDP.

TINGMUM 真唔明佢地是否行IBDP, 據OFFICE STAFF回答收生要睇中英數成績, 好像一間LOCAL SCHOOL 似的. 問學生想讀IB但卻沒有LOCAL學生中文程度呢? 回答是要特殊考慮. 發表於 12-1-7 21:35

In this case, the school and EDB are violated the ruling of DSS. Now, they put it right is logical.
