My son was a graduate of 康苗幼兒園 of Heep Hong SOciety. I'd site visit about 10 kinders before making a decision. I believe and it was the best among the district you mentioned and Tsing Yi & Tsuen wan area. Why? The principal, the teachers , the staff are professional. No school will guarantee how much time the supply teacher will contribute to your son. But I guarantee you they did their very best for each special kid!
