Most Hong Kong kids have learnt English since primary school or even kindergarten.
Even if the standard is not very high, they do have some basic grasp of the language and should be able to pick it up quickly.
For a foreign kid who has no concept of the Chinese language at all, it will be very tough in traditional primary school.

不過我又諗,香港好多小朋友,細細個就俾亞爸亞媽踢去英美加等地讀書,佢地都係好多連簡單既英語都唔識啦,咪又係咁留學....點解外國又得既呢....
