Try to buy a series of children's reading or borrow from public library, read with the kids every day.

Better than tutoring class.

If learn phonics, our kids tried Jolly phonics, the elder one is very ok, the learning progress is very good, can apply phonics to extensive readings.

But the litter one is not ok, always confused, so quit not to waste money.
