for young kids, can try kindermusik at kate's kids, universal trade center.
my daughter went there when she was 1 1/2 year old and can pretty much sing along the english songs in playgroup after a few months.

you can arrange a free trial class. the good thing about them is, they are not pushy after the trial, won't "force" you to join.
we like jaclyn's class but catherine's class is quite full. most local like to go catherine's class, coz' she is gwai po.
