I guess that's probably not true since my daughter's kindergarten doesn't give full A's to students. In fact, you hardly get many "A"s. But at this point, at least there are three offers from DGJS and one from co-ed this year (and certainly more who had attended the second interviews). The assessment report reflects more of the fact and give indications to parents to know which areas they really do well and areas where improvement are needed. I don't think this affect the chance of being offered.
Of course, it may be possible that these primary schools already have an idea there are different arrangement of some more popular kindergartens. For those which give full "A"'s, then obviously it will be important.
