我大仔現在讀k2, 細仔收了E/C am class. 我覺得哥哥姊姊讀緊, 應該好大機會會收細佬妹.

Maybe they will have priority in the waiting list then eventually these siblings will be accepted? You never know!
Anyway there will definitely be people entering the school from the waiting list - could be a tactic of the school?

My son is studying K3 but his younger brother just got 'waiting list'. As I heard, there are many cases like this!!!

same case.
elder one studying in K3, whereas small one just got waiting, and yet he is big B !

上年我個女女o個班有個同學仔，家姐o係SC讀K3，細佬考K1收waiting，跟住寫咗幾封信，再加同家姐班主任傾過，到最後7月頭收到offer，所以真係唔一定o家。

I have the same case as yours. My younger b is Dec 08, waiting~~

Actually, in the post-seminar questionnaire after the Sept parent seminar, I marked down the suggestion to give priority to those applicants with siblings currently studying in the school and named some reasons, but now it turns out not to be well considered after seeing so many cases....
