I guess it is hard to really know how many 15 points are accepted, unless a school will publish it (which is impossible). But I heard the number is extremely low this year.
The kindergarten will not organize 慕道班, it must be done by the Catholic Church. However, concerning your further questions in the later post, the religious study is incoporated into the everyday curriculum already (e.g. praying before class and eating, etc.) and there are easy bible study every Friday.
I guess many children become Catholic because they believe in the religion during the course of study and joined 慕道班 from the churches. For example my daughter after one year in the kindergarten proposed to me that she wanna be Catholic. However, to avoid being thought to gain the extra 5 points, I will let her join 慕道班 next year instead.
By the way, please don't mind if some feedbacks on your query since it is a very sensitive topic lately because of the actions taken by another kindergarten. So, people will easily linked your questions to the similar intentions. Hope you won't feel upset by it.
