其實又真係幾吹佢唔賬,做假數+虛假陣述如果係公司內發生,少少地坐幾年啦.
所以一係資助,一係私校或國際學校.
養肥個d直資做乜?

No doubt EDB has failed to peform her duties to monitor those schools.   Yet its not quite right for the schools to take advantage of EDB's ignorance and failure.  Nobody will do cirmes simply because there is no police around, right?  Schools are educational institution and must have very high moral standard and self discipline.  
I will hesitate to put my kids in a school which will break the rules when EDB is not watching her.

I don't think that all DSS are badly managed.  Some may be just ignorant in the accounting records, and some are having bad management.  That's why EDB has the responsibility to give detailed guidance and take tight control on the financial issue of DSS.  Actually I think its not fair to disclose all the names to the public if EDB never has a detailed rules for DSS to follow, nor they never give any warnings to the DSS for their bad practices.

其實間間都有事, 係咪教育署指引唔清晰呢?

當然, 有D大是大非, 自己名買樓, 炒股等等, 有腦既管理層都應該有政治智慧, 唔做呢樣野。但其他個個都中招, 係咪真係由個根本就已經有問題呢?

Agreed with your points.  However, we do not really know each school's case, that's why I would not make a statement that all these DSS are breaking the rules.  

I may have a different viewpoint on educators as yours.  Yes, our society expect principals, teachers, and educators to have a higher moral standard. Yet, we never have and will not be able to have a test to test these educators' moral standard.  Therefore, I'd rather believe in a good control system.

我一早就話係冰山一角啦!

而家9成9有問題.. 唉! 其實條數好易計, 而且大家不難發覺, 對比一下過去學校的資料, 學費一年比一年加得好利害. "所以我話, 審計處一直係甘查, 教育局只係識飲茶" 上個月我去TT小學聽入學簡介,校長好隱喻說自己學校家長不用額外捐款, 因為校舍同地方都不用向政府交租等. 我即時意會到其他學校可能經常要捐款而加重家長負責呢.點知不出一個月, 9成9 直資就比審計部"爆"出單大野.近日同朋友傾開計, 佢有姪女讀緊X正小學, 一開學無奈學校就有一個捐款活動, 有D家長捐成10萬以上大有人在. 而且重LIST 晒學生排名, 捐款愈多愈排頭位. 當然我朋友個姪女家長只捐個3千多, 可想而知排第幾啦. 其實捐款不是錯,LIST出比大家睇就好大問題囉. 比D小朋友希比較就唔係甘好啦.

係...TT最大支出係外籍老師人工...但又唔見佢買樓做宿舍 不過佢係私校, 冇人會查佢既, 佢同教會交代就得啦。
X正我都聽講過, 好似係咪捐左錢有舊磚, 會有個名留念架?

要是這些著名的貴族學校有龐大的儲備，並且他們大部分的家長不介意付出高昂的學費, 倒不如回錢給政府 (i.e 我們的社會)，等政府能夠更好地利用這筆錢幫助那些更有需要的學校, 提高教學質量和改善學校設施, 或推行小班教學 la!
