Same as me, as my envelop lost my address sticker. So, post office return to them and they asked me to pick up the application form 10/14. They can accept return to them no later on 10/16.
I immd fill in the information and drop in their mail box on 10/14 night not wait until 10/16. As I'm worry too. I think you can call them and explain your situation. They may accept a bit late to receive it.
