For English questions for child, is only some simple questions ? What 's your name ? Where're u live in ?.. some simple questions?!

Does the kids need the Q and A after storytelling ?

Also, do you know what games they have played on last year?

I know we ( parents ) doesn't need the interview, but need to fill in the questionaires. What questions will be rised ? How many questions ?
