You can submit the reference letter from principal and also Portfolio. There is no limit of pages for the Portfolio, but I suggest don't be too thick and just cover the meaningful and useful information should be enough.

If you are not ready to submit the portfolio on 4 Sep, then you can submit it on interview day. On interview day, one parent need to fill in some questionaire while the girl is under interview.

Interview for the girl is in chinese and no interview for the parent. I can't remember exactly the questionaire is about, but related to Parents' expectation on their child, teaching and coaching plan of your child,etc. It can be answered in either Eng or Chn.
