My son is studying in P.1 now but during the summer holidays, he joined the 英文劍橋 in Tin Ping -Tsuen Wan. I think that it is good to suggest this school to you because they have centres in Kowloon Tong, Central, Yau Ma Tei, Shatin, Tseung Kwan O etc. Their telephone number is 2783 7222.
Besides, you can check with Birtish Council. They will have centres in Kowloon and the open exams will be held at there.
