I have already received a letter from YMCA who invite my son to join the next school year in January 2005.

I submitted the application form to ESF Kinder for school year Sept 2005, but I'm still awaiting the reply. It come to my understanding that ESF Primary will allow ESF kinder student (K2) to join the interview for P1, therefore, ESF kinder shall be my first choice. However, many parents said that YMCA is a good kinder and the ESF Primary also invite YMCA student to join the interview? Any body know about it?

Do you think that I shall accept the offer from YMCA for January 2005 or I shall request the school to keep my child's applicaiton in the waiting list for August 2005.

p.s. My son is now studying the Nursery in Funful kinder.

If you accept the offer from YMCA for January 2005, you still can keep your child's applicaiton in the waiting list for August 2005 in ESF kinder.

I learnt that a lot of YMCA kids left after K2 for ESF Primary. That's what the Head Teacher said in their orientation earlier. If YMCA is your choice too, why not try the Jan 2005 term and see how it goes? You can still wait for the ESF Kinder if that's your 1st choice.
