The ISF Academy receives authorization for IBO’s Diploma Programme
The ISF Academy received its Letter of Authorization to offer the Diploma Programme (DP) from the International Baccalaureate (IBO) on Sunday, April 11, 2010. This follows the authorization visit from the IBO DP team from February 3 to 5, 2010. It is a significant achievement for our entire school community, as The ISF Academy can now offer both the Middle Years
Programme (MYP) from Grade 6 to 10 and the DP for Grade 11 and 12.
Congratulations go to our parents and students, our DP Coordinator, Mr. Nicholas Forde, our teaching faculty, and our leadership team, all of whom have contributed to the development of our unique teaching and learning environment.
We now turn our focus to the first cohort of DP students who will start Grade 11 this August. The school is offering five full scholarships for the two-year program and successful applicants will therefore receive 100% fee remission of the annual tuition for these two years. Students who are presently studying in the school as well as transfer students are eligible to apply for the IB DP Scholarship. |
