Dear parents,

My twin girls will start K1 Aug this year. We are now living in Shatin where no school bus is provided. We are considering to move to a closer location but LV is too expensive. Any recommendations?

You can chose Kowloon City or Hunghom.

Is Whampoa Garden within your budget? Those towers near the power station is within walking distance of LHK (LV) and it will save you the school bus cost as well as your kids' time and energy.

You might find a flat in 黃埔花園, 黃埔新村, 海濱南岸 which might be less than 4M.

To be more flexible in case you may want to change the kindergarten for your girls in future or to increase the chance of getting a seat from any public primary school in certain district, please consider renting as well.

It maybe easy to buy a flat near the school at your convenient timing but it may not be so by the time when you want to move away and need to sell the flat.

Thank you, Huba. It's very likely that we are going to rent a flat instead of buying one. We also need to sell our current property at Shatin as well.

Dear qlong, nice to meet you. So how will you bring your boy to LH?
