No need to worry. Based on my experience last year, they only interviewed around 135 kids and had 120 spaces (4 classes of 30 each). So as long as you have the interview, you have very high chance of being admitted. As for interview format, bascially in a group of 7-8 kids with 2-3 teachers. They just let them play in a classroom setting, like puzzles, story books etc to warm up, then teacher will talk to them one on one to make sure they under English instructures and can communicate in English. That's all. They won't test you on any reading or maths skills. Just make sure your kid answers any question that is being asked, otherwise they won't be able to assess the English standard. |
