I found your question as the same as like me was happened on Auguest.
At the beginning, I thinking to change the school for my daughter. And I had mentioned for alot of peoples for their professional comments. And all replied to me were: recommend me to change it for her as soon as possible. Since she just starting the school, once your kid had been follow up the shcoold schedule and you ask him to change it again, it's not good, and it makes very confuse.
And I suggest you before you designed to school for your kid. You must must...to telling him/her, why u change the school? And let the kid to go to the new school to take a look, then see what's his comments. Actually kid also with feeling ...like "love it or not" etc. And u must telling him, even you change to new school, and u also can meet your old school-mates in always, just let mommy know!
And FYI, I also changed to York for my daughter at the beginning on Sept. She likes it so far. At the beginning, I always mention of myself, " Is that correct ?? Is that being good for her?? What does she think this new place, new face etc. While she finished the interview at York. And I also asking her comment for these school. Then she told me, "I wanna stay here for study..." At that moment, I thinking I can changed for her, since she like it. By now, she's enjoy it!
So mommy, don't worry too much! And please do the interview first, and see how's you and your son's feeling for these school. That is more important than out-sources comments. Thanks!
