轉普通話班好定唔好?

收到學校電話,叫我個女升小二時轉入普通話班.好唔好轉呢?究竟要考慮mud野呢?請問有無小一家長收到類似要求呢(例如轉回粵語班)?請各位家長多多指點.謝謝.

我囡囡讀小學時是沒有普通話班的，因此經常有家長問學校何時開辦，可見普通話班受歡迎的程度．

但個人意見認為，若小朋友有語言天份，幼稚園時已有學習普通話，或是家庭生活中有普通話練習，則可安排初小階段進入普通話，因為毋須擔心適應性的問題，更能發揮我手寫我口的普通話班優點．

既然學校要求學生升小二時轉讀普通話班，必定是已作慎重考慮，認為小朋友適合，因此不妨讓小朋友嘗試，發揮個人的潛能．

謝謝.只是擔心學校上年度才開始'普教中',不知道有關配套成熟未?另外家中亦沒有 native 普通話 speaker. 怕家裡的支持未到位...

sfcssfcc,我女女將於今年入讀小學一一年級,我想問是否每年都有一次普通話exam,如果今年吾choose,下一年有無機會?

我囡囡已小學畢業，在她就讀期間沒有設普通話班的，因此詳細情況並不清楚，或許讓其他家長回答．

但可以肯定的是，學校每年都會對普通話班的學生作出安排，正如peterchan的囡囡今年亦有機會入讀普通話班．

my girl is also being "invited" to join the "普教中" class in the coming year (P2). i went to school and signed the 同意書 this morning. how about u? may i know your daughter is in 1A or 1C this year?

小一進入普通話班的學生會較其他學生面對更多的挑戰，因此家長最好藉這個暑期期間提供較多普通話的環境，加強小朋友的適應力。

Hi Sam-ma, congrulation your girl made it to "普教中" class. This is the question we "普教中" parents asked since Sept but noone give any answer. I know some girls were having difficult in "普教中" class & parents wanted to know whether there is any other choices. Hope to see your girl in "普教中" class.

轉普通話班好定唔好?, It all depends whether you want your girl to learn Mandarin or not. Do you believe in "your mouth write your hand" I would say "YES" as my girl was in '普教中班' last year.

Don't worry, I found both the school & teachers are very supportive. I was told these teachers have been teaching 普通話classes. I learned Mandarin some years ago, would you believed it from University, I can read with the help of the "phonic" but most of the daily used wording, you have to use it in order to know how to use. Thus I fully support '普教中班'.

No one knows. Even as parents of 08/09 "P1 普教中"班, we don't know the answer.
SFCS starts "普教中"班 in Yr 08/09 thus it's new to the school & policies are still in the making. When SFCS starts P1 "普教中"班 there were 2 classes 1B & 1D. These 1B & 1D girls were support to move onto P2 "普教中"班 ? if their grades are okay? What is the acceptable level? We did not get any answer what is the level required to "stay in". In fact, we were not even told if we are going to P2 "普教中"班, I guess no new is good new la. Now that we heard that 1A & 1C girls are being inviated to "普教中"班,那"must"有同學要"out" la.
