It's not about a class, but we say, "Upper primary" and "Lower primary" as they are from Year 4 - 6, and Year 1 - 3 respectively, when it comes to Sports Day and some other events. But particularly for the school develoment, Lower primary refers to Year 1 and 2 only who are going to Pok Fu Lam next year.

There is no morning and afternoon classes in GSIS except in Kindergarten for the current two years due to insufficent classrooms. See below ... |
