Hi, 各位,

我唔知當年教署打來有乜事, 因為我返咗工, 冇同佢地講過電話.
我只是曾經告訴奶奶我為囝囝申請咗邊間學校, 佢蒙茶茶都唔知乜事. 仲要打電話來幾日後先話我知曾經教育處有人搵過我. 我問佢教育處的人搵我有乜事, 奶奶就話:"冇乜事呀, 我話佢地聽你返咗工wor, 教育署的人就問我係xxx(我囝囝)的邊個來呀? " 其它的就唔記得了. 因為我唔係借地址, 所以冇在意, 也冇追問老人家咁多. 只係心諗, 有事搵我就應該打我office電話啦, office hour 打去屋企做乜wor.

Dear Parents,

My friend lost the seat even she won the 1st choice of the lucky draw last year.

She changed her address after the 1st round and
then she was under investigated. Because the
timing is too significant and EDU will random check
every year.

Want to know the address of yr friend is 借地址或真是租屋但是祇係吉屋? 如借地址, 可能會是朋友方面出錯, 令教署知道. 但如是真的租屋的話, 可以安裝新的電話線, 但可將線飛回你真的住處. Any comments?

So does ED provide her alternative school?

Is she using a famous net address, like 41 net?

Hi Perth,

I know ED staff really will phone (of course, it only on random checking), and ask the kid to listen and talk to them on phone. As my friend also borrow the address to somebody however ED call, her father don;t know what the matter so ED know it is not the real address.

why not just write down the tel number of the real address (instead of the borrowed address) on the form?

Hi Parents,

Refer to my friend's case, the staff of ED was visit
her place because they said they call many times
already and cannot found her.

She lost the 1st seat of the famous boy's school in
Net 41 and Govt gave her another school instead
but my friend didn't know what is it ?

Finally, they sent another warning letter to the landlord of the house as well so now the owner is
very anxious because his son will attend the lucky
draw this year.

Anyway, just to let you all know about this matter.

我想囡囡報我朋友住個區, 因我唔想用朋友的電話單做登記, 而我朋友又肯做我囡囡監護人, 我諗監護人的意思係自己冇時間照顧小朋友, 由監護人照顧及同住, 咁樣在申請時咪合法law, 至於是否需要提出理由或要宣誓, 我都唔係好知, 有冇人可以解答呢?

Dear all,

Is it really worthwhile to do this?

I am not sure whether it is a criminal offence or not. Besides, how can you set a good model for your kid?

The most important part of educating our kids is to help them to build up a good moral standard with justise, humanity and kindness... Please think that if a child does not have a good moral standard, the more capable he/she is, the more damages to the community or others he/she will be in the future.

We should try our best to help our kids to strive for excellence but please use a proper way.
