Does it mean they are in secondary school already?
To apply, you have to send a letter to them and they will send you a prelimary form. After sent back to them, tooks months before they reply and they don't really answers too much detail on phone.
In April, they send application form and then ask the kid to attend a English written test in May/ June. They seem to base on previous school record and test result to decide.
I understand they took kids from ESF primary first. But if you daughter are already in secondary, then they will apply grade 8 or above. That depend how many student left, thus how many vancany they have at each year end. They also give priority to kids just moving to HK and cannot attend local school due to languge issue.
You are right that since living in Kowloon, it should be KGV, but better check since they also have Shatin College, which reputation is not worse than KGV, I think.
