It is not that bad.  I lives in Vista Paradiso, I tried to take coach from Hollywood Plaza to Vista Paradiso.  The whole trip was within 15min.  Of course, it was non-stop and the route is more direct one.  I think it is worth checking out, if MTR+KRC is your option.
