not sure about your case is, but ESF has school (not PIS) that accept kids with special difficulties, such as The Jockey Club Sarah Roe School, take a look, and call ESF to check.

yes. i know, but my son is just half yr late , so not sure if it's really a big deal to normal international school

may be then just delay yr son school year for 1 year in normal IS then, is it possible? Is he in ESF kinder? Talk to your kinder principal then.
