Dear parents,

I'm an old girl and would like to re-consider this school for my second daughter. Do you think it is too risky to be allocated ? Actually, all my sis are graduated from this school +30 years and two of them are graduated from St Mary's. What about if I make a remark on this history to the principal who is my class teacher when I was P2.

How's the allocation result for those have 20 marks on last years? Do you have any ideas on school bus from HKU to Hok Yuen Street ?

Any feedback on my enquiry is highly appreciated.

Hi Heart,
I'm also an old girl and my daughter is studing P1 in HACS now. As I know that they will only count on how many marks you have at the first round (base on the government policy), no matter how many your family members are old girl. By the way, I'm not lived in 35校網 last year as well.

Hi Heart,

I think my daughter is one of the scarce lucky kids who got a seat from HACS last Nov with 15 marks only. She is now studying at P1.

According to my deduction, all kids with 20 marks applying for HACS in 2008 should be success in securing the seats.

Thanks for your replies. So, your kids are all accepted in the 1st round even
with 15 marks. Very good.

H/ever, my 20 marks are (10points from old student + 10 points of applicable age group). In otherwords, each applicants should have the base 10 points on hand (applicable age group) which would means I only have 10 points to against those 25 points other than the applicable age group 10 points?) If so, I would not go for this risk then. Pls correct me if I'm deviated the concept.


2. Do you know the nos. of siblings
   (must be accepted) of HACS are still
   high ?
   

3. Are they usually have ECA after
    school during weekday?

4. Are all the students must be
    promoted to St Mary's under
    the "One Dragon System" ?

5. Does my girl would be a early
    bird who needs to take the  
    school bus before 7:00 am from HK
    side to HH?

我所知道 2007-9月 入讀 p.1 , 20 分要抽籤 . 但只有幾位 20 分入吾到.
而今年2008, 同我同期畢業都有 4 個囡囡成功入讀.

我估計 20 分有 7-8 成以上機會.

Hi all parents,

Thanks for all your information exchange. I've made up my mind to stay with my son's school in Westen Central which is sure win. Not to take the risk or long school bus travelling to school by the end.
