I have worked here since June.
I have been working here since June.
Actually, both have simliar meaning. It means you have worked there since June but neither sentence shows that you will continue working there for sure.
Only a slight difference, "Have been working" means the person is still working the moment he speaks the sentence.
This is the formal definition of present perfect continuous - The form is used to emphasize the duration of an event that began at a definite point of time in the past and has continued to the present and possibly into the future: |
