I also want to know.
All I know is CIS is 50/50 english and chinese, whereas ISF is 75% chinese in the lower years with gradual increase in english weighting in the upper years.
ISF has a very short track record so difficult to tell how good it is. They are only starting to have K3 this year I think and also their secondary school is currently only up to form 4 or sth like that. |
