The daughter of my friend, who is now 6 yrs old, is assessed as having "語言障礙". Is there any free/inexpsensive community resources that would be helpful??
You can try to contact Heep Hong Society.But its quite expensive.Did your friend's daughter do the assment at govertment?Why not ask them to transfer her to have training ？ (門診費用）
