Dear 乳猪媽媽,
As per my previous sharing, the emphasis in English speaking in the School is very high. These are the examples:
1) The girls are required to greet the principal and teachers in English.
2) The morning assembly and School’s presentation to parents are conducted in English.
3) Other than English, Maths and part of the syllabus of General Studies in P.4 are taught in English and occasionally supplemented with explanations in Cantonese during Q&A in the class.
4) The girls are required to communicate in English with the teachers and their peer in all English classes, otherwise the teacher will deduct marks from the daily achievement record.
The School is also in the course of introducing roles such as English Ambassador and perhaps Putonghua Ambassador to further enhance the English-speaking environment.
