It is o.k., not a must . Beware that since it is expanding too fast & many tutors are fresh-they don't know whtat they are doing!
It has not a constructed program, the tutors freely offer different games to the students. If the tutor is not experienced enough, it is a waste of time to be there. But on the +ve side, if you get a gd. tutor who understand yr. child, it will be fun for the kid(never mind if he can or can not learn anything solid, no one could proof it.Do not expect too much and you could be happier.)
