knock! Knock! 怎麼點極都唔明？  There is a shortage of teacher supply!!!  International licensed Montessori teacher 的年產量很少！

I am in the education industry. We sent representatives to International teacher conferences to recruit teachers.  Have you any idea how competitive the market is right now ? Vacancies are in terms of thousands, applicants are in terms of hundreds.

今時今日，離開好搵過留底！有人甚至問過我.. “熟不熟識香港ICW 的老板，如能幫他們包裝一下，好搵過孫瑞雪，賺翻天！！”。你認為沒有人直接找ICW談嗎？ ICW如果一心只想賺錢，還不走？

I have so much more information than you do in this industry, so I know what I am talking about.

I see talents leaving HK.  China is offering another friend of mine a better package, topping it with housing for the entire family, seats in school for her 2 children, benefits, and a beautiful living environment where her children can grow up speaking Mandarin.  I know more of them will follow her..... and follow me..... I love Hong Kong.  I consider it my home, yet I've left. I had to becuase I know it will be better for my children. I didn't stay.  My friends didn't stay. How many do you think will stay?

Please don't live in your own tunnel vision world, do take a look at what the reality looks like right now!!!

Go find me a few good AMS or AMI Montessori teachers in HK that are not already taken. I would love to know them, seriously!!

我既生產力真係超底, 哈哈. 一個星期之後再睇返呢個topic先至知人家誤會左我意思. 哈哈.

我最初都係係bk認識蒙特梳利教育, 再係bk認識icw. 第一次上去icw都係抱住睇下係咩來既心態, 但係果度認識多左蒙特梳利教育之後就好想用呢套教囝囝, 其實一直留意bk,都有跟過其他方法教小朋友, 但係始終都吾係好有系統同吾夠全面. 我係icw得到好多好寶貴既經驗同幚助, 佢地幚助到我同我老公甚至我工人姊姊學習到點樣教囝囝.

所以我只係想表達, 我好似一直都冇見到佢地買廣告, 只係係bk既媽咪傳開左同靠d媽咪口碑傳開去, 如果其他媽咪只係睇到呢個topic同一兩個post就放棄左去了解既佢地既機會的話, 我覺得實在太可惜, 因為icw既導師同員工(包括candy)都係好有心去幚助我地d父母同小朋友.

當然你可以話認識蒙特梳利都吾一定要去icw, 但就我個人而言認識佢地真係我地一家既幸運同福氣.

如果佢地只係靠買教具的話, 咁就吾會教我地同鼓勵我地自己做教具啦. 如果佢地只係買教具的話, 咁佢地就吾駛話比我地聽係邊度可以買到啦.

所以有興趣認識icw既媽咪, 凡事都要自己去了解下, 千其吾好只睇人講好同吾好.
