I went to the above music centre, filled the registration form and paid the fee. I asked some questions but the staff, MS. CHAN, was very impolite and impatent. She seems not understand my questions and replied me, "They have no fixed students, the students here always quitting."
She talks in such a bad tone and attitude. I hope she is the boss and can bear the losing of business because of herbad service. Otherwise, I don't know why the business owner needs to employ her!!
If I decided to have my kid to learn from here, it'll be a longterm plan. Asking questions is a natural humanity and I will continue to have questions, like arrangement for swap of class, or apply for leave etc.
I finally take the money back and didn't register. God bless!
