I am paying $450 per month and paid $3000 as deposit. Also including tuning and free delivery to your home. If rented 1 year, need to pay to move it. If rented 2 years, free to take it back.

I have been renting an Ottostein from TLee for 2y+, since Aug 2005.  It was brand new when I first received it.
Need to sign an agreement, also needs a guarantor to sign.  Cost is $430 per month.
Sp Terms : If rent for 6m+, and decide to buy a more-expensive paino from TL, can deduct 6x$430 against cost of piano.  If rent for 9m+ and decide to buy a more expensive paino from TL, can deduct a max of 9x$430 against cost of piano.
Need to pay for moving piano to and from your home, a few hundred dollars (forgot exact $).
