I know there is a chance for a lego course to start in Pokfulam. But there's not enough students now. Do you thing that it's also too far?

yeh. i prefer Central as no need to take bus/mtr.

You can try R-kids education centre in central
My son study in here. My son win in Hong Kong
WRO 2007 and he went to taiwan last week
because he need join international WRO 2007.
