Really? There is only one English teacher in grade 3 start with "R", but I don't know her. Why don't your friend inform school? I think that she can inform the senior teacher, like Teacher Eva or Anna or even directly to the principal. Pui Kiu is a very open school, sure they will accept and will try to find the solution. One of my friend is a teacher, she told me that normally the DSS schools' teachers are more hard working, because they could get fried if they don't work hard. Which normal gov't & aided schools' teachers got more protection if compare with DSS's school. Anyway, this is his opinion only.
My son's English teacher is so good........ My son and me like her a lot. My son read books much more than before. He enjoys the English class a lot. Anyway, the most famous school could have very bad teacher.
