I also live in the same district. It has ESF West Island School, ISF Academy (Cyberport). Besides, Victoria Shanghai Academy, Canadian Int. School and Singepore Int. School are not far away (Wong Chuk Hang).

you can check Woodland Montessori, PIPS (Parkview) which are in hk side. i have no idea in kln side.

早, hoeve,
其實E家我女女仲未夠1歲,我希望佢1歲時可以去英文PLAYGROUP (已經報左VICTORIA), 玩半年之後, 就係佢歲半果時, 再入全日或半日既國際學校,以後都希望一路升上去.

我琴日打著好多電話比D 國際學校(漢基,英基上環,..我)大多要滿3-4歲先收.唔知邊度有比細D小朋友讀既國際學校.(我住北角)

仲有雙語國際學校(耀中) 同全英文(英基) 邊種好D?

我係新手媽咪, 日日係屋企凑女,唔知外邊的世界發生咩事, 多謝各位BK熱心媽咪提供資訊.. 多謝.....

英文instruction的playgroup，可考慮gymboree同埋HKPPA同埋Alison's letterland ，覺得比victoria好，gymboree幾好玩，可訓練小朋友體能，但貴d。HKPPA就平好多，都OK。Alison's letterland 同HKPPA幾似，比較多外國BB返(WEEKDAY)。
我都係比個女入英文INSTRUCTION的PLAYGROUP，我個女英文溝通都OK，9月就入KCIS。
好多國際幼稚園都係3歲先收，2歲可讀住雙語NURSERY先，如TUTOR TIME，VICTORIA....
現在都要諗定想小朋友一路讀IS定讀LOCAL / 雙語小學了，因為算KINDER會唔同架

I sent my daughter to the Victoria playgroup before - definitely not an english playgroup.

My son studied in Victoria (South Horizon) before and he'll transfer to Victoria (Bachler) in Sep 07 to study K2. Victoria is bilingual not IS but it's not bad for toddler/child. Each class has 1 english mistress and 1 chinese (cantonese / mandarin) mistress. The child can practise both english and chinese. Some of his classmates will transfer to Canadian International School this Sep 07.

我女女10個月大開始返Alison's letterland, 之後加埋HKPPA (每星期返兩次letterland同埋1次HKPPA) ，現在暑假就返GYMBOREE。我唔想個女第時讀國際學校，所以只考慮雙語KINDER，所以揀KCIS。

parkview international pre-school (PIPS) has playgroup for age 1 to 2 which is in parkview, tai tam reservoir road. they provide english and mandarin classes. both languages teachers are native speakers. my kid studied there before and now is in SIS. other PIPS classmates are now in HKIS, ESF, SIS, CIS...

the school size is okay. it has outdoor playground which size is good enough for little kids to play around, ride on bike... the outside environment is good too with fresh air at least!! sometimes, i went to pick up my kid then i would go to park'n shop to shop around. but of course, it also provides school bus service.

how would you rate PIPS' pg? What activities do they have? I am ambivalent about putting my daughter there because it is a bit far. In addition, they have no trial session, but require that I pay the tuition for the whole semester.

Did almost all of your child's classmates end up going to IS? Just curious, what made you choose SIS? I was told that attending PIPS would afford the child a better chance of being accepted by CIS (my first choice - the tuition fee issue aside).

我仔仔4歲，我就一直比佢讀Victoria雙語，佢英文學得好好，亦唔抗拒中文。我今年9月會同佢申請ESF，如果佢入到ESF，我會比佢去「公文」學中文。

如果幼稚園你就比女女讀國際，你可能要找private tutor同佢一路補中文(因年紀太少)，最重要係令佢有興趣/唔抗佢。
