Hello, my son will also be starting Y1 at ESF this fall. Would any ESF parents please kindly give me some hints/ share some kids quick lunch sample menus on what to pack for his snack and lunch daily. I'm puzzled as how the kids could finish their lunch in 15 mins. time.

sandwiches, pizza... cut into small pieces + a small pack of drink; and, maybe a small apple or pear or banana.

I think for Y1 (5 years old), they may not be able to handle hot food themselves in the hot bottle like congee, rice... For bigger kids, they can have more choices.
