Guess I could give you some more reference.
My son studied in this centre for 2.5 years (admitted when he's 2.5 years old). We found the therapists are kind and professional; the teachers and amahs are good heart and experienced too. We were fine with our son's progress there - the environment was warm and provided a solid ground for the kids to develop.
Yes, there're some staff turnover last year but the situation was stabilized, so there should not be any problems on this issue now. For other things, what I felt was to adapt an open-minded and discuss frankly with the teachers or the principal there, they should be OK. For the therapists, they were all very nice, professional and ready to help too. I had the chance to ask them different training methods wrt my son's character and we received good and sound advice. Don't worry, if you open yourself and work together with them, you kid will surely progress well. My son is now studying in an I-seat nursery and his ability is really not bad as compared to other I-seat kids. Let's work hard for our kids!!! Don't ever give up!!!
