My daughter is studying in P1 now.

a.  Sometimes true.  My daughter is in afternoon class.  She start to do home work at 7:30pm and she can finish it by about 10:00pm.  Then I review her homework and prepare her for tests and the coming exam.  She often finish by 11:00pm.  But of course the above depends on the ability of your daughter.

b.  No idea, but expect a reasonable rise.

My daughter is studying in P1 now and I am living in Tsuen Wan.

1. Yes, a lot of homework.  Should expect a hard working learning life ahead.  For extra-curricular activities, as the headmistress said on the introduction day, you should keep only 2 of them.  This is no need to join so much activities if they were previously used to gain points in applying the famous primary school.

2. Full day class will be in 2-3 years time.

3. School bus service to Tsuen Wan are adequate but takes a long time as there are so many stops.  My daughter now take private nursery buses and it takes about 30-35 mins to and from school.

聽聞 ？我都聽聞好多家長好唔合作，動不動就唱衰學校窩 !

咁我有三個女讀僅窩，未比人鬧個呢d問題窩，我個人其實都多事八掛，但同學校關係都好好窩 !

其實你點對人，人點對你，多體諒，多用團體精神想一件事，多設身處地想對方立場，下下起晒鋼待人，就當然乜都唔順心啦 !

二五 ？你有呢種心態好心轉校把啦，要讀就唔好恨間學校啦，gh係唔會當公主咁照顧學生架，你轉去國際學校讀把啦 !

北角英皇道华豐國貨有大人 size (S, M , L) green 背心棉'立',話 100% silk. (我覺得 背心方便過長袖   )
如 個女 size 大, 可 consider S size. 折左 $292. 我 find 左 成年   另有大人長袖.
無童裝 size.

另15度以下(半山區 - 3度), 可穿 整齊 P.E. uniform, d 抓毛頂得下 ga. (Sister 話 某度數可有彈性)   家住 New Territories, 一見 TV 是 15-16 度, eggegg 必是 整齊 P.E. uniform, so far ok.  前 2日, 搏大霧 穿絲 'sock' (因未 iron winter uniform ヌ預左寫手冊), ヌ無事.

請大家冷靜d，我個女都在德望讀緊，其實都會覺得學校個網真是update 得好慢，但如你有心在此校讀，你一定會預早留意到此問題，並不是此時此刻才出現，網址是open 的，沒有不可告人之秘密。

之於換季，我深信香港重有好多學校未轉季，而且凍都好似是今個星期先話凍d，我亦見到每日都有好多同學換了季，會唔會個別情況比老師話，真的不清楚，但我個女上星期已經話如有需要可著冬天校服，而且一年級重要係下午班，有幾凍大家可想而知。當然某些小朋友身體會較弱就好難講。

不過我只覺得某些家長太緊張，小朋友不可太寵的，要經得起風浪，我只是某學生之家長，並不是pta 人亦無興趣參加pta ，如我的言論令人感到不快，請多多見諒。

msma ，請不用勞氣，明白你的人自然會支持你，後日就考試了，大家一起努力吧，共勉之。

如你覺得小朋友要冷到病先叫唔好寵小朋友.真係穿衣都要經得起風浪.香港有好多學校有轉季交接期,返學求學問,如果訓練體格,我唔好選去少林子.msma ，請不用勞氣，明白你的人自然會支持你。

如學校通告清楚or和家長好有溝通.點解家長會要帶筆去抄底測驗考試曰期,唔係到學校有通告.通知大家1年來的測驗考試曰期.要家長帶筆去抄底 :tongue:

Thanks for your useful information.

I still want to keep her activities...but if we don't have enough time, understand we have to give up some.

30-35min is good, can you tell how much is it?

我唔係意見唔同就唔理性去鬧.係講道理.我地係小一生.冇家姐在讀or讀高年級有old的冬季校服頂下,如有冬季校服大d size都比佢穿,到時身體要緊,老師 就有佢 係我小朋友一向身體弱,而行政真係好亂.好似網上有家長問測驗考試曰期,點解要家長抄底,而真正收一張第一次考試曰期的通告是2星期前.之後過幾次又冇點解唔出1張全年的測驗考試曰期通告.上星期,女在手冊寫陸運會叫家長幫小朋友選O目,例如:1,60米跑步.2,乜乜乜等.和有冇母親or家屬在gh讀過.又冇通告又冇回條.家長係唔係用張紙自己寫比老師,又冇講,你話我係唔係理性去批評。有合理的批評,要去改善先有進步.

無冬季校服, 其實無問題的, 只要學校準小朋友穿其他的厚衣服便可, 但是 學校就是 不講理, 我不是一開始便在此 . 其實我做了很多事, 一: 叫小朋友同老師講, 二: 寫手冊 三: 打電話同老師講, 四: 同 pta 講

通通 無用, 重要比人

請大家不用勞氣,大家都是為子女着想的.問過學校是可以個別換季的,但一定要全套冬季校服.

拿你今次就係理性批評啦 !

校服係供應商出問題，你去話供應商係得，亦可要求學校協助，但言詞要苑轉，最好用信/EMAIL 請學校幫忙。記住身份係家長，係同學校合作，唔係消費者去問：唯你地有無攪錯，點做架，無校服，凍死人丫。。。" 咁去邊都無人會中意呢D批評啦 !

測驗係唔會出通告，係會叫小朋友自己記低，自己責任，你如個女係大頭蝦，你就要同班主任多溝通啦，老實，人地曉記低而自己個無咁做，就要話佢啦! 學獨立，自理好重要的，個個都一年級，個個都記下，點解佢無呢，未要教嘮!

好多小事 係唔會出通告的亦係呢個原因! 叫你寫係手冊，你未寫低嘮，無乜大不了　！　

老實我開頭都覺ＰＴＡ　做得麻麻，但後來去幫下手就知人地付出好多，好難做，自愧不如！　我都有聯落個Ｄ家長，有Ｄ真係好唔客氣，好唔專重，覆你係：唯你地做乜無早早CALL我亞？（ＰＴＡ　家長都要返工窩），攪錯亞，下？咁我唔就架，你同我做啦 （話，ＰＴＡ　唔係工人，係義工詐）。

呢個ＰＴＡ　其實做得好好，亦好幫忙！

有時去找人幫忙，語氣要苑轉Ｄ，人地都係義務，都係家長，都有小朋友可能都無校服，可能都比校服供應商激親，咁點解仲要受多個人氣呢？

唔好鬧埋Ｄ無為野亞！記實你知我係邊個，我恨唔恨入ＤＧＳ（其實唔恨），

School bus fee is $810 per month.  Private nursery bus fee is $800.  There are a few different routes being operated in the Kwai Chung and Tsuen Wan area.  There fees are slightly different.  The driver of the nursery bus of my route, "Uncle Kwok" is quite a nice man.

As for activities, my daughter used to take a lot of them.  But now, she only have time for piano and swimming.  I also employed a private tutor for her, as both me and my wife have to work.

Thank you. Price is reasonable as long as it's save and faster than school bus. Could you please PM me the contact no of uncle Kwok?

My daughter also playing piano and she's taking ballet dance, Mandarin and phonics. Do you know if GHS teach Chinese in Mandarin or Cantonese? I know their secondary school is teaching by Mandarin but not sure about primary school.

As uncle Kwok has been driving the Tsuen Wan route for quite some years, I think his driving work was safe.

GH primary school teaches Chinese in Cantonese but it also has lessons of Mandarin.  I am now hiring two private tutors for my daughter.  One for general subjects and the tutor comes to my home 3 time a week.  The other is a native Mandarin speaking tutor who teaches my daughter Mandarin in my home once per week.

My daughter was not used to GHS's fast teaching pace in the first month and I was a bit worry but now she got used to it and can keep up the pace.  She is learning and improving fast, especially English.  I would say GHS is not an easy school to study in and it has high demands on its students.
