Dear Mrs. Cheung,

I've got my own order of PCA yesterday direct from Maxam US.  I couldn't wait to start it on my son by giving him just one spray early in this morning with empty stomach.  He didn't resist as it's tasteless like water.  I've also ordered AFX and NG which will be added as combination.  I'll report to you guys if there's any effect about it.

Regarding the group order,  I did email Dennis last week and he replied the PCA will be ready this week.  I'll chase him again if there's no feedback by Friday.
Sorry to keep you waiting for all the stuffs.  Unfortunately the stuffs from my sister are still sitting at her garage.  She told me the shipment is not ready to ship until receiving the final confirmation by her client.

I want to buy a 濾水器 which can 過濾重金屬, any recommendation ? I saw in 自由講場 that Diamond is not good. For lead, I heard air purifier can help. Is it true ?

我發覺自己極度失憶, o個晚唔記得問o下大家關於水o既問題, 因我無用濾水器都2年了, 我o個Friend想試"Diamond"o個隻, 因佢媽咪住o個度D水過濾完都有沉澱物, 因佢樓下個太太用緊"Diamond"比o左桶水佢真係好清.
不過成6壬幾蚊, 隔唔到"Lead"咪無用o羅!

Kawai,

Thanks for your info.  I am replying since I have some slack.

We used to see Dr. Trodd and have started some supplements such as zinc drink, fish oil and DMG.  Our son is okay with zinc as it is ordourless.  He doesn't like Trodd-prescribed fish oil but is okay with Eye-Q (add into brown rice congee) we ordered from UK.  DMG's effect is not yet noted since its application has been interrupted from time to time.  The effect of the most recent application seemed to be significant difficulty to focus at school.  There are recently more reports from the school about his being unfocused and that's why we are thinking of doing something about it.  Moreover, we have to address his relatively high mercury level (about 3 times of the acceptable reference range, though it's still within the "yellow" moderate band).

Dr. Trodd is generally good but he only spends two to three days in Wan Chai.  (The other office is in Repluse Bay which is too far away.)  Now it's extremely difficult to get an appointment that fits into my son's primary school schedule.  Dr. Trodd is certainly not the kind of aggressive doctor.  I would say his approach is on the conservative side and is client-centred.  He'd ask about our purpose and the ends we wish to achieve.

We had very bad experience previously with a sort of naturalpath who is also a chiropractor and claims himself to be practising DAN.

1 yr plan : $2,180

including installation, maintainence, change of one new filter every year.

I found this post in other column. so want to share with you:
排毒食物一覽 (轉貼)
1.地瓜
地瓜所含的纖維質鬆軟易消化，可促進腸胃蠕動，有助排便。最好的吃法是烤地瓜，而且連皮一起烤、一起吃掉，味道爽口甜美。

2.綠豆
綠豆具清熱解毒、除濕利尿、消暑解渴的功效，多喝綠豆湯有利於排毒、消腫，不過煮的時間不宜過長，以免有機酸、維生素受到破壞而降低作用。

3.燕麥
燕麥能滑腸通便，促使糞便體積變大、水分增加，配合纖維促進腸胃蠕動，發揮通便排毒的作用。將蒸熟的燕麥打成汁當作飲料來喝是不錯的選擇，攪打時也可加入其他食材，如蘋果、葡萄乾，營養又能促進排便！

4.薏仁
薏仁可促進體內血液循環、水分代謝，發揮利尿消腫的效果，有助於改善水腫型肥胖。薏仁水是不錯的排毒方法，直接將薏仁用開水煮爛後，適個人口味添加少許的糖，是肌膚美白的天然保養品。

5.小米
小米不含麩質，不會刺激腸道壁，是屬於比較溫和的纖維質，容易被消化，因此適合搭配排毒餐食用。小米粥很適合排毒，有清熱利尿的功效，營養豐富，也有助於美白。

6.糙米
糙米就是全米，保留米糠，有豐富的纖維，具吸水、吸脂作用及相當的飽足感，能整腸利便，有助於排毒。每天早餐一碗吃糙米粥或來一杯糙米豆漿是不錯的排毒方法。

7.紅豆
可增加腸胃蠕動，減少便祕，促進排尿。可在睡前將紅豆用電鍋燉煮浸泡一段時間，隔天將無糖的紅豆湯水當開水喝，能有效促進排毒。

8.胡蘿蔔
胡蘿蔔對改善便祕很有幫助，也富含β-胡蘿蔔素，可中和毒素。新鮮的胡蘿蔔排毒效果比較好，因為它能清熱解毒，潤腸通便，打成汁再加上蜂蜜、檸檬汁，既好喝又解渴，也有利排毒。

9.山藥
山藥可整頓消化系統，減少皮下脂肪沈積，避免肥胖，且增加免疫功能。以生食排毒效果最好，可將去皮白山藥和鳳梨切小塊，一起打成汁飲用，有健胃整腸的功能。

10.牛蒡
牛蒡可促進血液循環、新陳代謝，並有調整腸道功能的效果，所含的膳食纖維可以保有水分、軟化糞便，有助排毒、消除便祕。可作成牛蒡茶隨時飲用，長期服用。

11.蘆筍
蘆筍含多種營養素，所含的天門冬素與鉀有利尿作用，能排除體內多餘的水分，有利排毒。綠蘆荀的荀尖富含維生素A，料理可將尖端微露水面，能保存最多營養素滋味又用。

12.洋蔥
洋蔥能促進腸胃蠕動，加強消化能力，且含有豐富的硫，和蛋白質結合的情形最好，對肝臟特別有益，因此有助於排毒。煮一鍋以洋蔥為主的蔬菜湯，加入綠花椰菜、胡蘿蔔、芹菜等多種高纖蔬果，能分解體內累積的毒素，有助排便。

13.蓮藕
蓮藕的利尿作用，能促進體內廢物快速排出藉此淨化血液。蓮藕冷熱食用皆宜，將蓮藕榨打成汁，可加一點蜂蜜調味直接飲用，也可以小火加溫，加一點糖，趁溫熱時喝。

14.白蘿蔔
蘿蔔有很好的利尿效果，所含的纖維素也可促進排便，利於減肥。如果想利用蘿蔔來排毒，則適合生食，建議可打成汁或以涼拌、醃漬的方式來食用。

15.山茼蒿
山茼蒿含豐富維生素A，可維護肝臟，有助體內毒素排出。將山茼蒿和柳丁、番茄、胡蘿蔔、柚子、蘋果、綜合堅果等蔬果一起打成精力湯飲用是不錯的選擇。

16.地瓜葉
地瓜葉纖維質地柔細、不苦澀，容易有飽足感，又能促進胃腸蠕動、預防便祕。把新鮮地瓜葉洗淨後用開水燙熟撈起，與剁碎的大蒜及少許鹽、油拌勻，就是一道美味爽口的蒜拌地瓜葉！

Siu Ming & sjmama,

I don't see any significant effect of DMG since my son has been taking it for more than 6 months. I think carnosine is a good stuff for enhancing speech development.  There's a noticeable effect on it .  My son now is taking all these supplements as following:

DMG with B12 and Flinic Acid - 1.5ml x 2 times daily
Probiotic - O.5 tsp spoon x 2 times daily
Carnosine - 0.5 capsule x 2 times daily
Micro Minerals - 0.5 ml x 1 time daily
Super Nu Thera - 1/3 tsp x 1 time daily
Eye Q Liquid - 1 tsp x 2 times daily
B12 injection - 2 times per week
Houston AFP-Peptizyde - 3 times before meal
Glutatione Lotion and Authia Cream - For rubbing on skin

PCA-RX is newly added as chelation therapy.  B-12 injections will be stopped for a while.  We will reduce some of the supplements eventually when AFX-RX and NG-RX are to be added.

Thank you for telling us that the Singaporean naturalpath is no good as we've been hesitated to try his service.
