It is a long letter, and in the middle of the letter , it says highly recommend you to “ check in online” in blue printed letter, it is a link to check in.

Due to system error which unable to process the check in now, may I know if you wish to change the seat or keep the current seat?
As the boarding pass can only collect at airport due to document check so passenger could check in at airport directly.
