Thank you for your enquiry regarding airport testing. Provided your test conforms to the 72 hour requirement you would be able to book a test for the day before.
Please see requirements below:
-Passengers for Hong Kong only are currently able to use the airport facility for pre-travel testing
-This can be done up to 72 hours before your schedule time of departure
-Testing facilities are available in both T2 and T5, please follow the clear signage in Departures
-If Testing on the day of your flight please book an appointment in the terminal you are flying from
-The testing platform https://heathrow.collinsonassistance.com has availability for appts up to 4 weeks in advance (though your test must been within 72 hours of your departure time)
-When registering on the platform key information you will need:
oYour full name – this MUST exactly match the name in your passport
oYour date of birth
oMobile contact
oGender
oPassport number
-You will be given options for your test time. Please note if booking on the day of your flight your test MUST be performed within 2 hours and 45 minutes of your schedule time of departure
-Please arrive before your test time and on arrival at the airport, please head directly to your airline check-in zone (on departures level) and follow the airport signage to the Testing Centre for registration. At the registration desk your details and flight number will be cross checked with your travel documentation and scheduled booking prior to testing.
Your results will be ready some 60-80 minutes after your swab and you will be notified by email to return to the testing centre to collect your certificate.
