中一自行分配學位面試安排

由於考慮到新型冠狀病毒疫情的發展，教育局決定全港學校進一步延長停課至不早於2020年4月20日復課，但確實的復課日期有待進一步評估。

由於復課日期仍待確定，本校原訂2020年3月14日舉行之「中一自行分配學位」面試未能如期進行。學校按實際運作情況，在停課期間未能維持原來在自行分配學位階段的甄選安排而需作出收生準則修改。修改如下：

為防止新型冠狀病毒在校園擴散，保障師生安全，教育局宣布全港學校不早於 3 月 16 日復課。為此，本校取消原訂於 2 月 29 日舉行的中一自行分配學位面試。

校方現修訂評選準則如下：

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, no S1 Interview for the Discretionary Places will be arranged. The School, with the support of IMC, will use the new admission criteria as highlighted below for the selection of candidates. Successful candidates will be informed by both letter and telephone according to Education Bureau on 7 April 2020. No phone calls should be made to the School for enquiry. Results of Discretionary Places and Central Allocation will be released at the same time on 7 July 2020.

In view of the current novel coronavirus situation, the revised admission procedures for S1 Discretionary Places are as follows:

Cancellation of interviews

With the health concerns of students and teachers, and to avoid crowds and transmission of the virus, all interviews will be cancelled.

Revised admission criteria and weightings

Due to the cancellation of the interviews, our admission criteria and weightings have been revised. The selection will be based on the applicants’ information obtained by us with weightings as follows:

Deferment of notification of acceptance

According to the Education Bureau’s latest announcement, the date for notifying parents of successful applicants of their children’s inclusion in the Successful List for Secondary One Discretionary Places will be extended from 31 March (Tuesday) to 7 April (Tuesday). 因應新形肺炎疫情，本校已取消中一自行分配學位的面試，本校將會按報名表中的收生準則 a、b 及 c 項作為取錄依據。獲本校取錄者，將會在 2020 年 3 月 31 日透過電話及書信收到本校通知。

Due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus epidemic, the interview for S1 Discretionary Places will be cancelled. The school will use the criteria (a), (b) and (c) listed in the application form as the basis for admission.

The successful applicants for the 2020 S.1 discretionary places will be notified through phone and a letter from the school General office on 31st March 2020.

中一自行分配學位面試最新資訊【2020-03-05更新】：

鑑於教育局於2月25日宣佈，根據疫情的最新發展，全港學校最早於4月20日復課。故中一自行分配學位有關面試及面試評核部份將全面取消。

原有的收生準則及比例，更改如下：

收生準則更新比重

教育局提供之成績次第名單佔 4/7

校內成績佔 1/7

操行 / 校內評語佔 1/7

課名活動 / 獎項佔 1/14

直系親屬就讀本校佔 1/14

學校將根據教育局公布的最新安排，於2020年4月7日透過書面及電話通知正取學生家長其子女獲學校納入其自行分配學位正取學生名單(有關通知不包括備取及落選學生)。

家長不需致電學校查詢自行分配學位的結果。

如教育局就公布日期再有改動，以教育局最新公布為準。

由於學校難以透過電話核實來電者的身份，為免抵觸個人資料(私隱)條例，學校不會透露個別正取學生的資料。

維官取消面試

取消中一自行分配學位面試因應新型冠狀病毒疫情的發展，教育局宣布全港學校不會早於四月二十日復課。經學校管理委員會商討後，決定取消中一自行分配學位面試環節。遴選準則亦修訂為：
(a) 學業表現佔評分70%（包括教育局提供的「學生成績次第名單」及校內學業成績）

(b) 課外活動及服務表現佔評分30%

(c) 操行達B等或以上

Cancellation of Secondary 1 Discretionary Places Admission Interview

Due to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus, the Education Bureau has announced for the suspension of all schools after the Lunar New Year holiday until the resumption of class on March 16 the earliest. To reduce the risk of the spread of the virus and to ensure the health and safety of our students and staff as well as all participants, after a discussion and with the consent of our Incorporated Management Committee (IMC), it has been decided to cancel the Secondary 1 Discretionary Places Admission Interview.

Although the interview has to be cancelled, the selection process will be conducted on the basis of a fair, just and open system. The revised selection criteria and weightings are as follows:

有關中一自行分配學位申請程序的修訂安排

敬啟者：

　　因應新型冠狀病毒感染疫情的發展，教育局已宣佈不早於3月16日前復課，而跨境人士需接受十四日隔離安排。受上述措施影響及減少學童受感染機會，本校中一自行分配學位申請程序將作以下修訂：

(一) 取消面試，改為電話會談

　　原定三月初進行的面試將會取消，本校將不會再安排面試。本校之自行分配中一學位面試部分將改為電話會談。電話會談日期為2020年3月9日(星期一)，時間：上午10:00至下午4:00，所有申請人均會獲得電話會談安排，電話會談約15分鐘，本校將於2020年2月26日至2020年3月3日期間以電話通知申請者之會談時間。

(二)收生準則及比重

(1) 電話會談表現 (禮貌、態度及口語表達能力) (40%)

(2) 小學表現 (操行、成績) (25%)

(3) 其他如課外活動、服務參與 (15%)

(4) 學生親屬 (10%)

(5) 居於本區 / 近區 (10%)

(三) 取錄及註冊安排

　本校將於2020年4月7日(星期二)透過書面及電話通知正取學生的家長。取錄結果將透過教育局連同中央派位結果一起公佈。

申請表格所收集的個人資料，將按個人資料(私隱)條例只用以辦理有關學位自行分配申請事宜。
