Interview day 唔講野是大忌,我朋友在ESF是老師有份interview, 她說「As far as the kid is not talking, I cannot assess his/herEnglish ability at all and it’s impossible to pass him/ her」.但她有提過school visit 的表現也會take into consideration
If this is the case, then the assessment is pretty superficial. Further, what's the point of ESF asking for previous school reports if the teachers were simply counting on whether the kid spoke up on the day?

You can say, being outspoken and those showing readiness to interact with people will be more advantageous for the interview, which are also the characters that most IS are looking for, epswvtually for IB school.
